PRINCIPAL CONSULTANTS:

Diane Vaszily, founder of The Science Eye, has shared her enthusiasm for science through teacher workshops and seminars at local, state and national levels. Diane has developed the innovative products Find-A-Fossil, Digging into Science, Fossil Safari and World of Fossils to bring hands-on science into classrooms across the United States. She has also co-authored Bones, Bellies, and Bodies and City Science with former Science Eye consultant Peggy Perdue.

Diane holds a Master's Degree in Science Education and has taught science to grade levels kindergarten through college throughout Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Arizona. She has trained and re-certified teachers, written curricula, assessed science programs and worked directly with students in school-based programs. In addition, Diane has designed unique summer programs for university and community college campuses.
